ApartmentIQ - Sales Engineer
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering • Strong technical knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Tech stack experience (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.) • Multifamily sales experience required • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
• Architect custom technical solutions • Conduct high-impact ApartmentIQ product demos showcasing ROI • Collaborate across Sales and Product teams to run high-stakes prospective client pilots • Own technical client relationships from system configuration to troubleshooting • Translate customer pain points into actionable engineering requirements for future product releases. • Work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, and Product • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves • Travel up to 25% for key client meetings and industry events
