Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the Finance related systems spanning our subscriptions management system (Chargebee) interacting with tax platforms such as Avalara, and payment gatewaysthrough to our ERP (NetSuite) and our Planning system. Own the API interfaces and related tools (Workado) to ensure complete and accurate data transferbetween these systems. • Review daily the audit logs across these systems and ensure effective logical accesscontrols are in place. • Review and maintain all financial systems policies and procedures. • Collaborate with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements. • Troubleshoot and fix finance-related system issues. • Train and support finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures • What you already bring to the table: • Proven experience in a Systems role within the Finance function • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Customer-focused with a flexible approach • Self-motivated with a "can-do" mindset • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
