• Solid software engineering: You have shipped and supported production software, and you’re comfortable with testing, code review and working in a team codebase. • Python and TypeScript: You write clean, maintainable code in both and are happy moving between tools and environments. • Problem-first thinking: You take time to understand the problem before jumping to the first solution. • Curiosity about AI: You’re interested in LLMs, autonomous agents and MCP, and in how to give agents the right context and tools.
