• Business Partnership & Delivery • Experience working independently with business stakeholders to discover, analyse and document requirements. • Experience owning tasks or small projects through the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and post-release validation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain business and technical requirements to different audiences. • Ability to manage priorities, dependencies and delivery risks while maintaining accountability for outcomes. • Front-End Expertise • Strong proficiency in React and Django, with experience in component-driven development and modern UI libraries. • Hands-on experience with Python and API development, including complex business logic and algorithms. • Experience with ORM and database integrations using Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL. • Design Principles • Good knowledge of software architecture, design principles and maintainable coding practices. • Experience with automated testing, test-driven development and peer code review. • Ability to collaborate on solution design while independently progressing implementation work. • DevOps & Tooling • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and automated testing. • Financial services or investment-platform experience. • Experience working with trading, market data, valuation or pricing applications. • Knowledge of Azure App Service, serverless functions such as Azure Functions or AWS Lambda, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
