Requirements
• 5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment • Experience with building campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels (e.g. email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events, and industry and association partners) • Experience using data to develop a POV on campaign performance (sharing “what happened” & “what next”) • Deep experience with email marketing: designing tailored drip programs and managing customer and prospect lists • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels • Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail • Advanced experience working with HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and complimentary platforms • Working Environment/Physical Demands • Long-distance or air travel as needed but not to exceed 10% • Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
