• You're an experienced editor with a body of work we can watch; this isn't a role for someone learning to edit on the job. Familiarity with Ableton Live or a similar DAW is a real advantage, since you'll be deciding which moments in a session matter and which don't.
• A few things that matter to us:
• You're fluent in your editing tool of choice (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, whatever gets the job done) and fast in it.
• You understand the grammar of each platform: aspect ratios, caption styles, hook timing, pacing, and what the algorithm on each one actually rewards.
• You have taste and a clear point of view about what makes a cut work.
• You're comfortable producing high-quality edited video at scale, turning one shoot into many deliverables.
• You should be the kind of person who views AI as a resource, a sounding board, and a creative partner rather than as a threat.
• Motion graphics, sound design, and color skills are welcome but not required.
• It helps if you've grown a channel or account before, but a great body of work matters more than follower count.
• This is a part-time contract role, and it's remote. We're flexible on cadence and can shape the arrangement around the right person. You'll work closely with our team, get early access to features before they ship, and have a direct line to the people building this product.
