Gemini - Lead Product Manager
Requirements
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch. • Experience with retail-focused products. • Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics. • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines. • Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves. • Superb verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in regulated industries, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking preferred. • Knowledge of and experience with: • Cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology. • Financial technology, such as exchanges or trading platforms. • Fast-paced startup environment. • It Pays to Work Here • The compensation & benefits package for this role includes: • Competitive starting pay • A discretionary annual bonus • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant • Comprehensive health plans • 401K with company matching • Paid Parental Leave • Flexible time off • Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $168,000 - $240,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement. • Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics. • Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience. • Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and effective communication of product vision and progress. • Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver best in class products.
