Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, process improvement, or operations
Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel and dashboards (Tableau experience is a plus)
Ability to define, track, and interpret supplier KPIs and performance trends
Experience with supplier onboarding, contract management, and SLA frameworks
Comfortable working with pricing structures, benchmarks, and market comparisons
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, legal, support)
Ownership mindset with strong accountability for outcomes
Structured and proactive problem-solver who prevents issues rather than reacts to them
Clear and confident communicator, able to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders
Commercially minded with the ability to balance availability, cost, and performance
Comfortable making decisions and prioritising in a fast-growing, changing environment

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day supplier performance across core KPIs (order acceptance, delivery vs lead time, stock freshness, SLA responsiveness)
Identify underperforming suppliers or country-level risks and take corrective actions
Lead regular supplier performance reviews and align on improvement plans
Supplier Strategy & Optimisation
Execute quarterly supplier strategy decisions together with the Procuring Manager
Scale high-performing suppliers and address underperformance through renegotiation or corrective actions
Exit structurally weak or high-risk suppliers when required
Pricing & Commercial Oversight
Support pricing competitiveness through regular spot-checks and benchmark reviews
Identify FX or market-driven pricing drift and escalate where needed
Supplier Expansion & Onboarding
Manage supplier qualification, onboarding, and expansion end-to-end
Ensure operational readiness of new suppliers (stock, SLAs, pricing) before launch
Monitor early supplier performance and resolve issues quickly
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track and analyse supplier performance trends using dashboards and benchmarks
Report risks, wins, and performance developments internally
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align on availability and margin goals
