Requirements

You solve problems quickly and efficiently, even with imperfect data. • 3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or SDR/BDR roles, with a deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and techniques. • 3+ years of experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams. • 3+ years of experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io/Salesloft http://Outreach.io/Salesloft, 6Sense, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar. • 1+ year of coaching or management experience (Team Lead, Mentor, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. • Analytical: Ability to conduct data-driven research to identify providers aligned with product strategy. • Creative: Eager to personalize messaging and navigate the nuances of our business lines with non-standard approaches. • Growth Mindset: Strong desire to be a trusted advisor and future leader within the sales organization.
Responsibilities
• In your first year: You will step fully into the Team Lead capacity, providing thoughtful daily coaching and mentorship to junior BDRs. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership, identifying trends in the market and refining our outreach playbooks to improve team-wide performance.
