You work well independently and as part of a team, remain adaptable while traveling to customer locations, and leave every worksite cleaner and better organized than you found it. • As a White Glove Infrastructure Technician, you will install, integrate, test, and document enterprise networking, wireless, compute, storage, and data center infrastructure at customer locations throughout North America. • You will be responsible for delivering clean, precise, and reliable installations that meet engineering documentation, manufacturer specifications, customer requirements, and Myriad360’s White Glove standards. Your work will include rack integration, structured cabling, wireless access point installation, testing, validation, documentation, and customer-facing field support. • Every newly hired technician will complete the Myriad360 White Glove Academy during the first 30 days of employment. This hands-on onboarding and certification program prepares technicians to independently represent Myriad360 and deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences. • This role directly impacts customer confidence, project quality, long-term infrastructure reliability, and the reputation of the Myriad360 brand. • Current openings are available for technicians based in the New York metropolitan area, Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area, and Las Vegas metropolitan area. • New York metropolitan area, Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area, and Las Vegas metropolitan area • This is a nationwide field-based position requiring extensive travel, including overnight travel and occasional after-hours maintenance windows. • Must be based in the United States. • Experience installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure • Experience with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling • Experience mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment • Ability to read floor plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation drawings • Basic understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure hardware • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and scheduled maintenance windows • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds • Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, and active customer jobsites • BICSI Installer or Technician certification • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification • Experience using Fluke cable certification equipment • Fiber termination, splicing, and testing experience • Experience installing Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, HPE, or similar enterprise technologies • Experience working in enterprise data centers, colocation facilities, warehouses, or technology deployment environments • Copper cabling installation and certification • Fiber-optic installation and testing • Enterprise rack integration • Cable pathway and cable management installation • Wireless access point installation • Network and data center hardware installation • Fluke testing and certification tools • Rack elevations and installation documentation • Equipment labeling and asset documentation • White Glove Academy & Certification • Every newly hired White Glove Infrastructure Technician participates in the Myriad360 White Glove Academy during the first 30 days of employment. • The Academy combines classroom instruction, hands-on lab exercises, and real-world installation scenarios in our dedicated training facility. • Training includes: • White Glove installation standards • Structured copper cabling • Fiber-optic installation • Equipment mounting techniques • Cable management best practices • Labeling standards • Testing and certification procedures • Documentation requirements • Customer communication • Safety and jobsite professionalism • Upon completion of the Academy, technicians must successfully pass written and hands-on certification assessments covering: • Installation quality • Attention to detail • Rack presentation and aesthetics • Cable management • Equipment mounting • Labeling accuracy • Testing and validation • Professionalism • Only technicians who successfully complete the certification process will be authorized to independently represent Myriad360 on customer engagements.
Responsibilities
• Enterprise Infrastructure Installation • Install, mount, replace, relocate, and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment • Rack and stack switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage systems, UPS units, rack PDUs, and related technology • Install network cabinets, equipment racks, cable management systems, ladder racks, basket trays, conduit, raceways, and cable pathways • Install equipment according to engineering documentation, customer requirements, and manufacturer specifications • Verify equipment placement against floor plans, rack elevations, and implementation documentation • Maintain proper equipment alignment, airflow, accessibility, and long-term serviceability • Structured Cabling • Structured Cabling • Pull, route, terminate, label, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber-optic cabling • Install single-mode and multimode fiber infrastructure • Maintain appropriate cable routing, bend radius, support, separation, and pathway standards • Install patch cords and complete equipment cross-connects • Label cabling consistently according to customer and Myriad360 standards • Build clean, organized, and serviceable copper and fiber pathways • Rack Integration • Rack Integration • Install rail kits, mounting hardware, cable managers, and supporting rack components • Mount and cable networking, compute, storage, and security equipment • Build clean and accurate rack elevations • Dress copper and fiber cabling according to White Glove standards • Validate rack layouts and equipment placement against approved documentation • Ensure racks are organized, professionally presented, and maintainable after project completion • Wireless Infrastructure • Install, replace, and mount enterprise wireless access points • Verify proper access point placement, orientation, labeling, and mounting • Follow wireless design documentation and installation instructions • Assist engineers with wireless validation and post-installation testing • Identify and communicate conditions that may affect wireless performance or installation quality • Testing & Validation • Certify installed copper cabling • Test fiber-optic infrastructure and verify continuity and performance • Confirm equipment connectivity, power, and physical installation • Perform visual quality inspections and complete installation checklists • Assist engineers with infrastructure testing and validation • Proactively resolve installation issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate project resources • Documentation & Project Reporting • Capture clear installation and completion photographs • Record cable identifiers, equipment serial numbers, and asset information • Update rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation documentation • Complete daily project reports and status updates • Support the creation of accurate as-built documentation • Maintain organized project records throughout the engagement • Customer Experience & Jobsite Professionalism • Represent Myriad360 professionally during every customer engagement • Communicate clearly with customers, project teams, engineers, and site contacts • Protect customer facilities, equipment, and work areas • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites • Follow customer access, safety, security, and operational requirements • Leave each work area cleaner and more organized than it was found

Compensation in other geographies may vary.
