kAIgentic - Software Development Engineer III
Requirements
• Progressive years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems; expert AI-native development capability (mandatory) • Strong proficiency in Go and Python; deep expertise in 2-3 of the following: • Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence, or similar); agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration • Distributed systems at scale; observability and tracing systems gRPC and service mesh architectures; experience with state management in distributed environments • Track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects
Responsibilities
• Design and implement durable workflow systems using Temporal for multi-step agentic processes • Build the orchestration layer for LangGraph-based agent coordination • Develop self-correction loops that validate LLM outputs and trigger re-prompting on schema failures • Create comprehensive observability pipelines using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix • Implement interrupt-and-resume patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows; own reliability and failure handling for critical workflow components • Hey there, guys.Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions; drive AI-native development practices across the team
