Requirements
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong analytical skills to drive and support high-impact transformation projects across the business. • Ability to build and analyze financial and business models for assessing new opportunities, including emerging market segments, product offerings, pricing strategies, and potential M&A or partnership initiatives. • Experience in conducting regular data-driven analysis and research to identify improvement areas and recommend growth initiatives. • Skill in defining KPIs, monitoring performance, ensuring follow-through on recommendations for tracking the impact of strategic projects. • Excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams (Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Leadership) to gather inputs and support implementation of new initiatives. • Proficiency in creating structured presentations, dashboards, and reports to summarize insights and communicate findings for decision-making purposes. • Ability to facilitate alignment between teams by coordinating workstreams, managing timelines, ensuring stakeholders are informed towards shared goals.
Responsibilities
• Drive and support high-impact transformation projects across the business. • Build and analyze financial and business models to assess new opportunities. • Conduct regular data-driven analysis and research to identify improvement areas and recommend growth initiatives. • Track and measure the impact of strategic projects by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring follow-through on recommendations. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, test assumptions, and support implementation of new initiatives; gaining exposure to multiple teams and workstreams. • Create structured presentations, dashboards, and reports to summarize insights, communicate findings, and support decision-making across various departments including Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership. • Facilitate alignment between teams by coordinating workstreams, managing timelines, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and moving toward shared goals.
