Requirements

Responsibilities
• Enable revenue through better contracting. Own the commercial contract architecture across customer and partner agreements, product modules, order forms, DPAs and NDAs; improve templates, playbooks, delegation rules and tooling so routine deals move quickly without the top legal seat becoming a bottleneck. • Enable revenue through better contracting. • Set ID5's legal and risk strategy. Work alongside Product and Engineering, and specialist external counsel, on positions across GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, consent frameworks, controller/processor analysis, data transfers and retention, so that privacy by design is built into product and technical decisions and ID5's positions are defensible and commercially workable. • Provide the senior legal view on privacy and data protection. • Oversee disputes and intellectual-property exposure.
