Fullscript - Engineering Manager, Patient Experience
Requirements
• Ottawa, ON / Calgary, AB / Toronto, ON • Engineering – Engineering / • Care deeply about user experience, ecommerce best practices and product quality • Sweat the details while still maintaining delivery momentum • Stay close to the technology and understand the systems your team owns • Value collaboration and feedback across disciplines • Build systems and experiences that are maintainable, scalable, and consistent • Create an environment where engineers can do strong technical work and continue growing • Experience building modern product experiences using React Native and/or fullstack web technologies • Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and product instincts • Previous experience building ecommerce and understanding mobile applications. • Experience working closely with design teams and design systems • Interest in or early experience with people leadership and team development
Responsibilities
• Lead and support a small cross-functional Product Engineering pod focused on patient experience • Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver polished, intuitive user experiences • Contribute hands-on technical leadership across React Native and fullstack systems • Guide technical decision-making while supporting the growth and development of engineers • Participate in system design, implementation planning, and delivery execution • Balance product iteration speed with long-term maintainability and quality • Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design disciplines • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
