Requirements
• 0→1 Experience: You’ve taken a product from "messy idea" to "polished reality" before. You thrive in ambiguity and create your own clarity. • The "Surgical" Scoper: You can demonstrate a track record of navigating complex requirements and distilling them into a clear, prioritized product definition that meets user needs. • Persona Empathy: You can speak deeply with a systems engineer about architecture, then turn around and advocate for a marketer’s workflow with equal passion. • Grit: You have stories of pushing through setbacks and evolving a product based on real-world feedback. • Commercial Mindset: You can clearly tie customer problems and product solutions to business outcomes. You understand that solving a marketer's pain point is only a win if it also drives adoption, retention, and competitive advantage. • Exceptional communication abilities, including an executive presence, are necessary, with the expectation of confidently articulating product strategy in discussions with customers and sales teams. • 700 people • 70 nations • Everyone is welcome here!
