Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in: Consulting (Big4 preferred), Corporate Finance, Fintech / Payments, Commercial Finance or Deal Analytics • Advanced Excel skills: financial modeling proficiency required • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills • Detail-oriented with strong internal control awareness • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience in payment ecosystem (PSPs, Payment schemes, etc.) • Exposure to SQL or data querying tools • Experience building structured business cases for senior stakeholders • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environment • Knowledge of OTA business models (Merchant, Agency, Commission-based etc.)
Responsibilities
• Commercial Operations & Controls • Perform monthly reconciliation of fintech partner commercials (PSPs, Payment schemes, etc.) on a timely basis • Validate partner invoices against contractual terms and transaction-level data • Ensure reconciliation data pipelines remain accurate and complete by coordinating with BI and external partners • Be the trusted owner of reconciliation controls, maintaining clear documentation and partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth audit walkthroughs each cycle • Maintain documentation trails and process controls in accordance with Finance governance • Data Analysis & Ad-Hoc Requests • Support structured and ad-hoc analytical requests from key stakeholders, including FP&A, Treasury, Product & Payment teams. • Extract and analyze large datasets to evaluate: Payment method performance, cost breakdowns and partner pricing compliance • Develop clear presentations summarizing insights and recommendations • Commercial Evaluation & Business Cases • Support pipeline management of new fintech initiatives • Build financial models for: New payment product launches, pricing renegotiation scenarios, cost reduction opportunities, margin optimization initiatives • Track post-launch KPIs and performance validation (e.g., incremental margin, cost savings)
