Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus. • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on customer delivery or client-facing roles. • Experience in the life & annuity industry is a must. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: SQL and Excel is a must. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed customer requirements and expectations. Translate these requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team. • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data from core systems such as policy administration, compensation and agent management systems. Support the delivery team in their effort to integrate these core systems with Sureify’s platform. • Solution Delivery Support: Work with the delivery team to ensure that solutions are implemented according to customer requirements and within agreed timelines. Monitor progress and address any issues or deviations promptly. • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the delivery process. Work with cross-functional teams to find and implement solutions promptly. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the delivery process. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project status, changes, and updates. • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that delivered solutions meet customer requirements and quality standards. • Customer Training & Support: Assist in creating and delivering training materials and documentation for customers. Provide support to clients during the implementation phase and address any questions or concerns.
