Loadsmart - Software Engineer, Full Stack (Mid-Level)

• DEPARTMENT: Engineering • LOCATION: Anywhere remotely from Brazil • WHAT YOU GET TO DO: • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities. • You build it, you own it: together with other team members, be responsible for the whole lifecycle of our product and features, from the conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance. • Build modular, efficient and scalable systems using React and Python/Django following standards and best practices, with guidance of more experienced engineers when needed. • Evaluate trade-offs of different solutions, collaborating to address both technical and business needs. • Discuss good practices for software development and feel comfortable suggesting contributions to our set of internal guidelines and shared code. • 2-5 years of experience with software development in a company, with a mix of backend (Python) and frontend (React) • Experience with modern frontend development practices and frameworks • Experience building scalable backend of web applications • You know how to dig into the code that may be causing the outstanding issue, and work to resolve any issues that come up – even if you didn't write it • Someone who is passionate about solving problems and delivering impact • You're a pragmatic engineer, always willing to ask questions and eager to learn more. • WORKING AT LOADSMART: • Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent • Extremely competitive Equity package - become a shareholder in our company! • Loadie Time Off - PTO and sick days without a limit
