Requirements

Responsibilities
• Leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines • Using appropriate project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation • Tracking, prioritising and resolving risks and issues, advising leadership and stakeholders on options and decisions • Supporting critical project activities including workshops, governance and communications • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation • Providing regular communication and reporting to leadership on project status • Working across departments to ensure transformation initiatives are aligned and integrated • Managing stakeholder expectations and helping to mitigate resistance to change • Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives • Preparing and presenting clear reports on project progress, challenges and outcomes • Using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
