Chainlink Labs - Associate General Counsel, Commercial

• 10+ years of relevant PQE legal experience, either inhouse or with foundational training at a top-tier law firm in a corporate or transactional practice. • At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company, structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements • A strong track record of independently leading complex commercial transactions • License to practice law or equivalent in the US, UK or gained LLM from such jurisdictions • Proven leadership experience, setting best practice and business partnering • Previous experience line managing legal counsel • Solid financial services background, with prior experience working in or with regulated financial services firms and familiarity with financial regulation applicable to digital assets. • Familiarity with digital asset regulation, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized assets. • Prior experience supporting legal aspects of go-to-market strategies or cross-border technology deployment. • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
