Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. • 4+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience. • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation Planning, Sales Territory & Quota Planning, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). • At least 1-3 years of Anaplan implementation experience OR a minimum of 2 completed Anaplan projects. • Anaplan Certification completed (Level 2 or higher). • Deep technical comfort and mastery using LOOKUP, SUM, SELECT, COLLECT, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Revision control. • A self-starter mindset who demonstrates creativity, has a customer-focused approach, and a strong drive to develop business acumen. • Advanced Anaplan Certifications (e.g., Certified Model Builder or Master Anaplanner status). • Experience with automated data integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint delivery.
