• Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution. • 4-8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or other operations- and data-intensive environments. • Strong business judgment with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact operational execution, cost, and scalability. • Demonstrated ability to ship, iterate, and improve complex products in fast-moving organizations. • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, business-ready solutions. • Proven ability to translate ambiguous, real-world business problems into clear, actionable product requirements. • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, and analysis to inform prioritization and tradeoffs. • Strong organizational and execution skills with a clear bias toward delivery over process. • Comfortable operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environments; startup or early-stage experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly around requirements, prioritization, and decision-making. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with common product management and analytics tools strongly preferred. • Physical Demands • Physical Demands • Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
