Heidi - Frontend Developer
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Build Components: Develop and maintain simple, responsive UI components using React and TypeScript under guidance from senior developers. • Build Components: • AI-Assisted Development: Proactively leverage AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate boilerplate generation, write unit tests, and troubleshoot errors while ensuring code quality. • AI-Assisted Development: • UI Implementation: Assist in implementing responsive designs from Figma, focusing on accurate styling using Tailwind CSS and ensuring basic cross-browser compatibility. • UI Implementation: • Localisation Support: Assist with content configuration in our internationalisation systems (i18n), focusing on content deployment for our 10+ locales. • Localisation Support: • CMS Assistance: Support the configuration of the Sanity CMS Studio, including content structure, basic custom input components, and maintaining editor workflows. • CMS Assistance: • Sanity CMS Studio, • Performance Support: Assist the team in optimising website performance, focusing on image optimisation, lazy loading, and initial analysis of Core Web Vitals reports. • Performance Support: • Tracking & SEO: Implement pre-defined analytics tracking code (GA4) and apply fundamental technical SEO best practices (e.g., meta tags, structured data). • Tracking & SEO: • Collaboration: Participate in API integration discussions and assist with basic data fetching tasks. • Collaboration: • Code Quality: Write clean, well-commented code, adhere to team coding standards, and actively participate in team code reviews. • Code Quality: • Real product momentum.
