Requirements

Responsibilities
• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products. • A strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs. • Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code, and foster their effective and responsible adoption. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar. • Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment. • Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers (AWS preferred). • Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity. • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.
