Requirements
• Extensive professional experience in online advertising, analytics and social media advertising. • Experience running performance marketing campaigns on several platforms. • Digital ad sales experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads), Google Ads and Amazon Ads. • Performance campaign optimization. • Working knowledge of analytics platforms. • Social media advertising. • Key account management skills and experience • Language : Fluency/Native Thai and English
Responsibilities
• Upsell client budgets before, during and after campaigns. • Onboard new strategic business clients, from introducing platform features to supporting campaign creation and optimization. • Contribute to scalable account management operations across your accounts. • Provide regular, proactive communication between clients and internal teams, representing the team strongly and setting clear client expectations. • Use client feedback to inform the product and operations teams. • Resolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, and help implement solutions that prevent future problems. • Serve as a subject matter expert. • Advise, consult and improve organisational effectiveness. • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge.
