Capital on Tap - Credit Operations Associate

• Credit Operations sit at the heart of the major projects within Capital on Tap. You'll be responsible for: • Credit Operations • Driving process improvement and promoting operational excellence with customer experience at the forefront of everything you do • Becoming an expert on our systems and the technical side of the business, ready to respond to bugs, crises and cleanups • Analysing customer journeys to identify inefficient processes, reporting and running pilots to improve user experience • Working with internal project stakeholders to deliver pilots and commercial initiatives • Getting stuck into strategic projects powering our growth • Project ideation, delivery and execution for the company’s biggest problems • We’re Looking For • We’re Looking For • Hands-on Problem Solver: You're comfortable diving into manual tasks and processes to build a deep understanding, then leveraging that knowledge to develop impactful AI and automation solutions. • Hands-on Problem Solver: • Agile & Resourceful: You're action-oriented, quick to grasp new concepts, and adept at figuring things out on the fly. • Agile & Resourceful: • Automation Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in automating processes, using AI where appropriate and eliminating operational friction. • Automation Enthusiast: • Adaptable: You can seamlessly transition between collaborating within a team and independently leading initiatives. • Adaptable: • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
