Responsibilities
• Delivery Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex, series-produced drone systems. • Program Execution: Drive the drone product development process from engineering pilot to full industrialization. • Project Oversight: Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements, ensuring end-to-end delivery success. • Issue & Risk Management: Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative, and manage project risks. • Enabler Identification: Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery or alignment with production goals.
