AlphaSense India - Senior Manager, Events & Transcripts Ops

• Possesses outstanding ability to drive and inspire teams for optimal performance, while consistently seeking to ever-improve people, processes, technology/AI and tooling to increase efficiencies, timeliness, quality, coverage, throughput - always striving to be best in class. • Very curious about technology and AI and welcome and/or suggest new ways of leveraging both to optimize operations • Detailed at performance measurement, compilation and reporting of related metrics and execution against OKR’s • Strong experience in live content operations, transcripts, or time-sensitive editorial workflows • Proven track record of managing large operational teams, including managers or team leads • Deep understanding of real-time or near-real-time content delivery environments • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven operations with strong SLA ownership • Experience with workflow optimization and operational scaling • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using metrics to drive decisions • Deep familiarity with transcription workflows, audio capture processes, and AI-assisted tools preferred • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace and operational reporting tools • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. • AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
