Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree by May/June 2027 in computer science or similar discipline, or will have equivalent relevant industry experience. • New to the field of software engineering • Excited to learn and experience web technologies at scale • Passionate and interested in a broad range of technologies • Looking for an awesome learning experience to build a solid foundation and accelerate your career • Invested in our commitment and vision to transform how hundreds of thousands of small businesses connect with their customers • Looking to embrace emerging technologies • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave. • Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees • $90,000 - $105,000 USD
Responsibilities
• Rotate through four different teams getting broad experience in areas like frontend, backend, DevOps, etc. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of projects across several teams. • Work with your SEDP cohort on a capstone project for an entire quarter to conclude the program - design, build, test, implement, and launch a customer-facing feature that will be released into production • Participate in customized technical and soft-skills training throughout the year • Use existing and emerging technologies such as Java, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes, and Ruby - in a CI/CD environment • Make an immediate impact by writing production code with the help and support of experienced software engineers on each team • Develop web applications at scale -- used by hundreds of thousands of customers • Gain guidance from a variety of mentors and managers who will support you throughout the program
