Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility deployment project management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech sectors. • Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, risk logs, etc.). • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or industrial deployment projects. • Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation. • Ability to operate autonomously in highly dynamic environments while coordinating across cross-functional and global teams. • Experience working with supply chain, logistics, and external vendors for equipment and facility readiness. • Clear communication skills and a structured approach to reporting, prioritisation, and stakeholder management. • Fluent in English, with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with international site deployment or construction coordination. • Familiarity with manufacturing infrastructure, cleanroom requirements, or technical integration environments. • Background in aerospace or space sector facility deployments. • Application Process • Application review by Hiring Manager • Initial recruiter interview • Hiring Manager video interview • Final onsite interview including team interaction and task presentation • Working at ICEYE • We're committed to fair, inclusive hiring and equal opportunity. Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end project delivery of assigned satellite integration sites, from initiation to handover. • Own the deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown, ensuring all milestones are met and aligned with ICEYE's production roadmap. • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, and contractor support. • Track and maintain a detailed deployment schedule, managing dependencies across civil works, facility installations, and IT/security readiness. • Proactively identify and escalate risks, resolve delays, and ensure transparent cross-functional communication. • Collaborate closely with the Global Manufacturing Facilities Architect to ensure technical scope is delivered as defined. • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders and serve as the central coordination point during deployment.
