Requirements
• A valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close. • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and offer strategic guidance that supports informed hiring decisions. • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the globe. • Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and timelines. • Ensure a fair, equitable, and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates. • Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines. • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system. • Provide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation, and learnings at the end of the project.
