Responsibilities
• You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team in Manchester City Centre. We focus on high-velocity, desk-based relationship management, acting as the primary consultants for our diverse partner base to ensure their long-term success. • SMB (Small Medium Business) • Strategic Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts using a desk-based model, driving growth through phone, email, and video presentations. • Strategic Portfolio Management: • Relationship Partnership: Build and maintain favourable, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored support. • Relationship Partnership: • Campaign Execution: Execute national and local marketing campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including order volume, retention, and customer outcomes. • Campaign Execution: • Consultative Selling: Guide partners on how to offer the best delivery experience and take advantage of our latest technology and perks. • Consultative Selling: • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between your restaurant partners and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our solutions are delivered according to their specific needs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Base Salary: £29,300 + up to £6,000 bonus yearly
