Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns relevant to the company's business objectives. • Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate findings from analyses for stakeholders at all levels of decision making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to understand their needs regarding data insights and reports. • Maintain a robust understanding of the company's products or services as well as industry trends that may impact business performance; stay informed about relevant news articles, blog posts, podcast episodes, webinars, etc., through various media channels (e.g., LinkedIn). • Continuously improve data collection processes and ensure accuracy in datasets by identifying gaps or inconsistencies within existing systems/databases as well as suggesting improvements to streamline workflows for the team when necessary; implement changes after consulting with relevant stakeholders, including IT department. • Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams and present data findings in an accessible manner that supports informed decision making across all levels of management within a business context (e.g., quarterly reports). • Actively seek feedback from team members on the effectiveness of current reporting methods, tools used for analysis or visualization; propose new solutions when necessary to enhance efficiency and accuracy based on evolving needs/goals as well as emerging technologies in data analytics (e.g., machine learning algorithms). • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, webinars, etc., related to the company's products or services; network with peers within and outside of our organization for knowledge sharing opportunities that may benefit both parties involved while also staying abreast of latest developments/trends affecting business performance. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during meetings, presentations etc.; adhere to company policies on data privacy laws and regulations; ensure compliance with internal security protocols when handling proprietary or customer data (e.g., access control measures). • Communicate effectively both verbally/in writing across various channels within an organization while also collaborating closely with other departments outside of our own to facilitate seamless flow between different parts of business operations; provide timely updates on progress towards goals set forth by senior management or external partners when required.
