• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent • Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior • A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet • Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
