Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience working in product management, strategy, or operations for a tech company • Experience in fintech strongly preferred • Experience with immigrant communities and empathy for our customers • Outstanding project management skills, including end-to-end problem ownership • UX design instincts • Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools a plus • Background or degree in a technical field a plus • Outgoing - you love speaking to people and enjoy building meaningful relationships • Execution Oriented - we have an ‘impact first’ philosophy and a lot to get done. Responsibilities

• Own a product domain and roadmap end to end • Responsible for product lifecycle of domain area, from discovery to delivery of features, including adoption and GTM • Coordinate across engineering, operations, compliance, markets, etc. to execute projects efficiently • Implement systems for iterative development with regular user feedback
