Requirements
• AI-First Development: Hands-on working experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate building, debugging, and shipping — with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than ship it blind. • AI-First Development: • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer & knowledge of Data Cloud architecture. • Skills: You’re a problem-solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. • Tech-Savvy: • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter. • Mindset: • Applications for this role will be accepted through October 15th, 2026 or until the role is filled. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
