Requirements
• · Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce development experience. • · Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Aura Components • Salesforce Flows • Queueable Apex • Platform Events • · Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy. • · Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. • · Knowledge of asynchronous processing and governor limits • · Experience with version control systems such as Git. • · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. • · Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory) • · Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred) • · Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred) • · Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred) • · Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce. • · Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps. • · Integration experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi. • · Familiarity with Salesforce DX • · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • · Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. • · Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
• · Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. • · Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. • · Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: • Case Management • Entitlements & Milestones • Service Console • Email-to-Case • Queues & Assignment Rules • Escalation Rules • · Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems. • · Build scalable automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex. • · Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce architecture. • · Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards. • · Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. • · Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • · Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools. • · Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities
