Requirements
• Education & Certifications • Successful Systems Engineer II candidates will possess the following qualifications: • Systems Engineer II • Bachelor's degree required. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • MCSE certification required. • Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Azure Certifications • Microsoft 365 Certifications • VMware Certifications • OEM Equipment Certifications • Familiarity with ASTEA • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or infrastructure support. • Experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Administration and Microsoft 365 Administration. • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and routing protocols. • Experience monitoring server performance, storage utilization, and infrastructure health. • Knowledge of security patch management and infrastructure security best practices. • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting complex user and system issues. • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration standards. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation, professional publications, and operational procedures. • English proficiency required for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll work across Windows Server environments, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, security, and end-user support while helping drive operational excellence. • Systems Engineer II • This Systems Engineer II role is open to applicants located in Mexico only.
