Requirements
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2. • Strong knowledge of mainframe development tools and technologies. • Experience in scripting using REXX, JCL, or similar mainframe scripting languages. • Experience with IBM z/OS environment and utilities.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for mainframe. • Exposure to migration projects from legacy SCM tools to IBM ADFz. • Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions. Responsibilities
• Provide support and maintenance for mainframe tools including JOBSCAN, ChangeMan SCM, and IBM ADFz bundle products such as FILE MANAGER and DEBUG • Support and execute the transition from ChangeMan SCM to IBM ADFz bundle products with minimal disruption. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Software Configuration Management systems for mainframe environments. • Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and ensure platform stability. • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with mainframe technologies related to the software mentioned above. • Hands-on experience with ChangeMan SCM, including configuration management and version control.
