Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant equity administration experience or equivalent experience in a publicly traded company, including experience managing processes and systems to maximize effectiveness in a SOX environment
  • Experience reviewing equity plan documents and design
  • Familiarity with SEC rules and regulations related to equity disclosures
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred
  • Experience using Fidelity Stock Plan Services is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
  • Works well in a high-pressure, high-volume environment and able juggle multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Advanced analytical ability and ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior management and internal/external partners
  • Able to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. federal, state, and global taxation equity compensation requirements
  • Experienced user of equity administration software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of US GAAP Stock Based Compensation Accounting a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits in connection with Company's equity incentive plans.
  • Maintain stock database and process new grants, releases, terminations.
  • Provide investor reports for compensation documentation support along with employee and Board of Director assistance.
  • Support stock-based accounting under US GAAP.
  • Administer Ceribell’s equity programs including compliance, audit reconciliations, tax filings.
  • Ensure database integrity and accuracy in record keeping for company records to support reporting activities.
  • Oversee the management of stock plans ensuring processing integrity around awards, exercises, settlements.
  • Implement process improvements, automated solutions, evaluate service providers with a focus on scale and team member experience.
  • Partner with other functional leads for scaling processes while maintaining accuracy in equity data record keeping.
