Tilt Finance - Head of Credit, Brazil

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics — a quantitative background is a strong plus. • 6+ years of industry experience in data analytics and credit risk management, ideally with experience in the Brazilian market. • Proven experience leading and developing a team of analysts. • Exceptionally strong problem-solving and communication skills — able to get deep in the weeds and present clearly to an executive audience. • Eagerness to learn new tools and analytical methods, staying current with innovative trends and emerging products in the industry. • Preference for candidates based in São Paulo. • Don’t meet every qualification?
