Requirements

Benefits
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing, with ownership of campaign performance. • Proven track record managing and scaling app acquisition campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google App Campaigns, or DSPs. • Experience optimizing beyond installs, using downstream metrics (e.g., activation, conversion, revenue, LTV) to drive decisions. • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) and challenges related to signal loss (e.g., SKAN). • Strong analytical skills; ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes (CAC, LTV, payback). • Experience working with SQL to analyze performance and generate insights independently. • High level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity - able to build structure and drive results in a fast-scaling environment. • Strong communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders with data. • Fluency in Spanish and English
