Airwallex - FP&A Manager

• Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency to achieve Airwallex’s short & long-term goals • Maintain and update existing reports, models and dashboards for regular financial reporting to stakeholders • Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data, providing insights and reports on areas of concern to business partners. • Collaborate with stakeholder and business partners to conduct in-depth financial analysis to manage costs, identify optimisation opportunities and evaluate division profitability • Support ongoing enhancement of AWX management reporting system • Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams on finance-wide projects and contribute to process improvements opportunities across Finance • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent advanced finance qualification preferred • Sound knowledge of financial analysis and planning, especially in budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, accounting principles and developing financial models • Prior experience or understanding of financial services and fintech businesses is a plus • Strong attention to detail, analytical in nature, with ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights • Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
