Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation • Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement • Oversee investor reporting, and key performance indicator tracking across the organization • Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level • Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies. • WE'D LIKE TO SEE • 5-10 years of progressive finance experience • Growth company experience including scaling financial operations • Strong understanding of US GAAP. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is a plus

These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
