Requirements
• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic finance • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required) • Experience working with ambiguous, messy datasets and turning them into clear insights • Ability to think like an owner — not just analyze, but help drive decisions • Clear communicator who can distill complex analyses into simple, actionable takeaways • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment • Experience in healthcare, marketplaces, or high-growth startups • Familiarity with SQL or working with large datasets • Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A
Responsibilities
• Build and own financial models that drive planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making • Analyze unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin, payback periods) and identify opportunities to improve profitability • Evaluate new business lines, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives through rigorous financial and operational analysis • Partner with leaders across operations, growth, and product to translate data into actionable insights • Support company-wide financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor materials • Conduct ad hoc analyses on key business questions — from cohort performance to operational efficiency • Help establish core financial reporting, KPIs, and dashboards as the company scales • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, tooling, and financial processes
