injective - Accounting Manager

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, regulatory reporting, and state filing deadlines. • Create and implement enhanced financial reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. • Identify, evaluate, and implement accounting software solutions that meet Injective's needs. • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of core accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and investments. • Reconcile bank accounts, crypto wallets, and corporate card accounts. • Assist with the review of U.S. and international payroll processing. • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. • Support year-end audit activities and coordinate with external auditors as needed. • Prepare and manage annual corporate tax filings. • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Partner with external tax advisors, auditors, and service providers. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. • Desire to take on challenges, tasks, and assignments • Willingness to work within a collaborative, driven, and professional environment
