Trace3 - Payroll Analyst (Remote)

• High School Diploma required (college degree preferred). • 3-5 years of related work experience. • Understanding of Payroll business processes, and commissions. • Experience with UKG (UltiPro) payroll software required. • Solid understanding of payroll, final pay and multi jurisdiction taxation laws. • Able to work well in a team environment. • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, xlookup, sumifs). • Experience with payroll integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll system issues and recommend solutions. • Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. • Excellent customer service skills. • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • While performing the standard duties of this job, the employee can expect light physical exertion with long periods of sitting, occasional standing and walking; limited bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; occasional lifting/moving of items up to 25 pounds.
