Requirements
• Education: University degree preferred. • Project Management Professional (PMP), PgMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification. • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives. • Familiarity with portfolio management practices. • Exposure to change management methodologies. • Experience working in a global or multi-region organization. • Working Conditions & Physical Demands • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and involves frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment. It also requires effective communication in person and through digital channels, occasional movement within the workspace, and handling of light materials (typically under 10 pounds). Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. It may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements. Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones. Travel may be required depending on business needs. Responsibilities
• Lead the design and evolution of cross-functional enablement programs that translate commercial strategy into scalable, measurable field readines • Define program scope, success criteria, milestones, governance structures, and operating cadence. • Establish and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across project timelines, resources, and deliverables. • Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs; drive resolution and escalate appropriately. • Integrate multiple workstreams (onboarding, methodology, product readiness, manager enablement) into cohesive roadmaps. • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, clarify decision rights, and ensure sustained executive sponsorship. • Drive change management planning and execution to support adoption and business readiness. • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, controls, and documentation requirements. • Facilitate cross-functional forums to drive accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making. • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and continuous improvement within program execution practices. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs. • Job Level Competencies • Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines. Effects of erroneous decisions may be long-lasting, influence the future course of the organization and/or require the expenditure of extensive additional resources. • Typical experience: 3+ years in related role or experience. • Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience. • Progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interconnected deliverables and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and governance frameworks. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment. • Experience with financial tracking, resource management, and performance measurement. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
