Tripledot Studios - Level Designer
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the gaming industry, ideally in casual or hyper-casual puzzle games • Solid experience with Unity and level editors, including level setup, prefabs, and in-game tools • Strong understanding of level design fundamentals: progression, pacing, difficulty curves, and player flow • Experience designing puzzle mechanics (goals, blockers, boosters, etc.) and player engagement • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles in level design and tutorial/onboarding design • Data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate based on feedback and metrics • Passion for mobile casual games and awareness of market trends • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly • Proficiency in English and Russian. • Will be a plus: • Will be a plus: • Ability to read and analyze game metrics: funnel by level, average completion time, % completion, and number of attempts.
Responsibilities
