Requirements

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team, supporting our high-performing IT and Product Teams in London. You’ll work closely with the Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience, championing our culture, values, and ways of working. • Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, providing first-line support and strengthening managerial effectiveness. • Support and coach managers through ER, helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously. • Use People data and insights to help identify and recommend proactive solutions to the People & Talent team and the wider business. • Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion. • Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes.
